- Punctuality and regularity in attendance, proper dress, an earnest effort in class and Homework assignments and proper behaviour in and outside school are always insisted on. Hence, hands in pockets, slouching gait, untidiness, unclean uniforms etc are considered unbecoming.
- English is the medium of instruction. Hence, students are expected to speak English at all times.
- A student absent from class due to illness or owing to unforeseen circumstances must bring a letter from his/her parents/guardian explaining the reason for the absence and the same must be recorded in the school diary. Prior permission must be obtained for leave for any other reasons. The Principal can refuse leave of absence to any student without assigning any reason.
- Students absent from any examinations will be considered as having failed, unless it is established that their absence was due to illness.
- The school is not responsible for goods lost. Therefore, it is not advisable to bring valuable articles such as expensive watches, pens, gold ornaments, excess amount of money etc. to school.
- Students are strictly warned against carrying or using mobile phones in the campus. Any violation of this rule will result in the authorities confiscating the same. Carrying any material that are visual or in literature form other than that of educational need is strictly forbidden.
- Students are not permitted to come into the campus on two wheelers unless they hold a valid driving/riding license.
- Students who come to school in the care of anyone such as domestic workers, drivers etc. are not to leave the campus on their own. In case of any delay, they should report to the school office.
- Students are not expected to loiter around once the school is over. They are also cautioned against buying anything, especially eatables, from street vendors.
- Maximum precaution will be taken for the safety of every child. However, the school authorities will not be responsible for any unavoidable accidents in or outside the school.
- Fireworks is not allowed inside the campus in connection with any festival or celebration.
- Students are permitted to stay back after school hours, only, if they are involved in sports and games, extra-curricular activities or remedial classes.
- The management reserves the right to dismiss students who fail to make satisfactory academic progress in their studies or whose conduct is in any way detrimental to the good order and discipline of the school.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without the gate pass duly signed by the Principal / Vice Principal / Co-ordinator.
- Damage to school property, however small, will not be condoned. Stringent disciplinary measures will be taken against such offenders. The parents will have to bear the expenses of the damaged property.
- No student who has been convicted of any offence in a criminal court will be allowed continue his/her studies in the school.
- Use of fountain pen / gel pen is compulsory from Std V onwards. Ball points pens are not allowed at this stage and the same is to be observed during all examinations.
- Students are not permitted to involve themselves in active participation in party or communal politics.
- If a student remains absent from school for more than 10 days without prior information, his / her name will be struck off from the school roll.
- Students who indulge in political propaganda or who organize fellow-students into political factions in the school premises or who otherwise engage themselves in party politics are liable to be expelled from the school.
- Students should not indulge in any activity leading to the disruption of peace and discipline and dislocation of normal work in the school. Such students will be severely dealt with.
- Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden. Anyone who indulges in ragging will be severely dealt with.
- Students who are guilty of rude language towards the staff of the school, assault or attempt to assault the staff or fellow students of the school are liable to be expelled from the institution.
- The Principal or other constituted school authorities may frame and issue from time to time disciplinary rules of a permanent or temporary character regulating the conduct in and outside the school, that seem necessary to maintain the credit, usefulness and reputation of the school.
- A Student who fails twice consecutively in the same class will have his/her name struck off the School rolls.
- The Principal & Hon. Secretary can in the interest of the school, and without assigning any reasons, ask a parent to withdraw their child, should his/her conduct, behaviour or influence, in the Principal & Hon. Secretary opinion, be in any way detrimental to the good name and smooth running of the school.
- Irregular attendance, habitual lack of interest in School work, words or actions departing from the conventions of good conduct, smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, insubordination, cheating, stealing, misconduct, even outside the premises of the school, or any other malpractice, are reasons enough to ask for withdrawal of a student from School.
- Parents or guardians cannot dictate to the Management, and the Management has the right to say on what conditions it will admit or retain a student in this School. Students must not take part in any political activities.
- Any pupil who is persistently and repeatedly or wilfully mischievous or guilty of malpractices in connection with examinations, or has committed an act of serious indiscipline or misbehaviour, or who, in the opinion of the Principal & Hon. Secretary, has an unwholesome influence on the Students, may be expelled permanently or removed for a specified period by the Principal & Hon. Secretary on the advice of the Administration.
- A Yellow Card will be issued if a child behaves in an indisciplined manner in School, despite warnings. If there is no improvement in his/her behaviour, then a Green Card will be issued. If the child still continues to show no improvement in his/her behaviour, then a Pink Card will be issued and the child will be asked to be withdrawn from the Institution.
